Dashboard

The dashboard is the landing page where you can immediately view the latest status of your key performance indicators from a high-level perspective. Revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and many other metrics are available clearly and visually presented on a single page. The selection of data covers all key categories relevant to your day-to-day operations – for example, occupancy and pick-up over the last seven days, short-term revenue trends for the current month or year, and much more.

Dashboard

Hotel data

The Hotel Data analysis page helps you answer questions regarding the development of your business figures. The database not only includes historical data and the “on-the-books” (OTB) status, but also visualises the forecast generated by RateBoard, if the data situation is sufficiently stable.

The page provides you with tools to take a deeper dive into performance using the most important KPIs and to present these graphically according to your needs. You can quickly and easily gain an overview of a specific time period, including active rates, in the main chart, or go into greater depth with detailed analyses using filters and distributions.

Comparison

The ‘Comparison’ analysis page allows you to compare two date ranges. By comparing the key KPIs of a relevant time period with a reference period, you can identify deviations and behavioural patterns. This period comparison provides clarity on the effectiveness of implemented measures and helps to identify negative trends at an early stage and take proactive countermeasures.

PickUp analysis

The PickUp Analysis focuses on the development of completed bookings and cancellations over the short and long term.By analysing PickUps, you can, for example, see how high the booking pace is compared to the past two years, or how effective marketing measures have been.

You can also find out which times and room categories demand will be particularly concentrated on in the upcoming months and adjust your pricing strategy accordingly if necessary.

Budget analysis

The Budget Analysis Tool offers a wide range of functions and filters that allow you to achieve maximum transparency across all performance-oriented hotel metrics. The tabular layout can be customised to your needs and, thanks to a variety of filter options, enables both high-level reports and detailed performance analyses.
